Dear organizers and volunteers, I thank you for all the affords you made to make the ECMC a beautiful event. My friend participated in your event and told me a lot of good memories about you all.
For next year I want to ask a favour. Just before the main course somebody took away the manifest so he couldn’t start with everybody at the same time. It is possible to avoid this kind of behaviour by leaving some-one at the bikes or putting the manifests on several tables and letting the participants take them on their way to their bikes?
I am not that pleased the way he’s had to leave your race. Some-one pushed him, he fell down and now he has several galls (of course), a bruised rib and he has to find a way to fix his bike again. He tried to ride along but of course that didn’t work out anymore. So I truly hope for the future that ALL your participants will be as nice and sporting as you organizers and volunteers.

I was at the start and didnt see anything, what was his racer number? we were very explicit about rider behavior at the start
(no pushing, etc) and certainly no one touched the manifests in the bikes. Trying to avoid this problem by placing the manifests somewhere
else on the course would most likely result in a similar situation at another location. We’re really sorry that happened to your friend, as
we are whenever accidents occur. As the event is organized by a fresh team every year, we actually have little control over what format
will be in place in Budapest. Cheers, Bregan
